About your role
This role is part of Calico Homes’ Senior Leadership Team, responsible for Maintenance and Compliance, with a focus on operational leadership, policy implementation, and performance management.
You will lead by example, promoting collaboration across the Group and strengthening relationships with Ring Stones to deliver cost-effective, customer-focused services. You will proactively anticipate challenges and contribute to all areas of the business, working closely with the MD to support strategic decision-making and maintain service quality.
The role involves managing transformational change, advising on best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will lead the transformation of our customer services, enhancing technology for flexible working, and improving support and care for customers.
