What you’ll be doing
As a Income Management Administration Assistant within Calico Homes’ Income Management team in Burnley, you will work closely with the Income Management team offering support to maintain high levels of income collection. Your role will involve administrative support to the Income Management Officers, providing clear and concise information to both current and former customers and working closely with the DWP and council.
As a Income Management Administration Assistant you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, be efficient ensuring up to date records are kept in all work areas and deliver the best possible outcomes
Your hours of work would be 36.15 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
