Role & Requirements

Role:                Operational Area Lead (Burnley, Rochdale & Bury)

Hours:              37 hours per week (Maternity cover)


We are looking for a high calibre, passionate, caring individual who is an excellent team player and leader and is committed to working in partnership with service users and staff to oversee operational services. The ideal candidate will be required to manage, develop and motivate a team of service managers in delivering high quality, specialist domestic abuse support to victims/survivors within the community and refuge.


The work will involve liaising and working closely with other delivery partners specialist agencies (statutory, public, private and voluntary) including health, social care, local authorities and housing in supporting service users to achieve results and their outcomes .


The role also involves the ability to lead, develop and innovate services, ensuring contract compliance and high quality provision.
