Description

(funded until March 2021)

The role-holder will actively promote the project to employers and employees, organising and attending networking events, visiting employers and businesses to undertake training needs analysis, providing information, advice and guidance on the advantages of upskilling employees to improve competitive business capability.  This role provides a great opportunity to make a difference in Lancashire, by engaging with employers and identifying opportunities for training.
