What you’ll be doing

You will be based at The Pavilion in Lancaster, a 17 bedroom facility, set in private and beautiful rural surroundings.

As a registered nurse you will work closely with patients from admission through to discharge to assess, plan and implement a treatment and care package that meet the individual needs of our patients.

You will offer medical interventions and clinical therapies to support their journey from dependence to freedom.

You will be responsible for leading your shift by prioritising patients clinical care with effective time management, excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.

We are a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, support workers, doctors, prescribers, therapists, housekeepers, chef, and an admissions team.

This role is perfect for Nurses who enjoy being able to spend time getting to know those in their care and supporting their journey to improved health and wellbeing, positively impacting their future and quality of life.

Your hours of work would be 37.5 hours per week within a 24/7 rota pattern covering days/nights and weekends.  Flexible working patterns may be considered also.
